The Breakfast Smoothie 

I love my morning smoothie because it allows me to make a tasty yet super nutritious breakfast that will keep me energized for the rest of the day. My daily smoothie contains: 
  • Raw vegan protein
  • spirulina & Chlorella 
  • enzymes & probiotic complex
  • nettle lead
  • wheat grass
  • barley grass
  • burdock root
  • horsetail
  • kelp
  • Gingerroot
  • Nopal
  • Oatgrass
  • Dulse
  • dandelion leaf
  • kale 
  • parsley leaf
  • Spinach
  • broccoli 
  • Moringa 
  • Flaxseeds
  • Hempseeds

                                                       
Recipe:

1 scoop- Raw Organic Protein (Garden of life)
2 teaspoons- Brown Flaxseed
1 tablespoon-Raw Shelled Hemp Hearts
2 teaspoons-Raw Organic Moringa Powder
2 teaspoon- Sun is Shining Supergreen
3 cups- raw baby spinach
1 cup- Raw kale 
1 cup -Flax Milk + Proteun
1/2- cup rasperries (Frozen)
1/2 -Banana
1/2 - Tumeric root
1/2- ginger root
Topping: 1 tablespoon Organic Goji Berries or sunflower seeds

Instructions:

Mix all the ingredients in a blender and blend until consistency is smooth. Add toppings and enjoy!
